Do you have any questions about KDT?  Here are a few common ones Russell has been asked.


Can I Pay Now in advanced via Paypal?

Yes, you can pay via Paypal via each course webpage. Please note that when paying via PayPal, a booking charge has been added to cover admin costs.


If I need to cancel my booking, can I get a refund?

Cancellations and refunds are at the discretion of Knightsbay Dog Training. Given a fair period of advanced notification we can arrange for full or part refunds to be made should we feel it applicable.  We reserve this right as courses/training/consultations are booked in advance and cancellations during the training can result in a disrupted experience for the other attendees.


Can I book a one-to-one session and meet in a public place?

Russell is happy to organise a mutually agreeable meeting point and complete the training in a place other than your home.


Is it true that you can’t teach an old dog new tricks?

No, you can train dogs of all age or breed.  Book some training with Russell and find out what your dog can do, whatever age they are!


What credentials does Russell have to train my dog?

What if my dog gets lost or injured during a training session?

Knightsbay Dog Training cannot be held responsible for any injury or disease caused to your pet whilst having a consultation/training/ringcraft whilst on the program/course/lessons. Every effort will be made to ensure your pet’s safety however, in the event that your pet gets lost/injured during training/course/consultation/ringcraft lessons no claim can be made against Knightsbay Dog Training.
