With the Prime Minister’s announcement on 4th January we sadly have to close for training until at least 15th February. However, our online shop will still be open as normal please support as much as you can! For our clients who have booked in already for 121 training, please do not worry we will honour these sessions once we have come out of this lockdown. Due to the change in the tier system after the November lockdown, I will only be offering one to one training. Group Training Classes will be suspended until further notice. For your one to one training you will be required to wear a face mask (unless for medical reasons you are exempt). Hand sanitizer will be available at all times and social distancing will apply.
